This Creamy Bolognese sauce is amazing!! Whenever I make it I always end up having seconds, ’cause it is so good!!
You can have it as a pasta sauce, or even as a main dish with some veggies and rice on the side.
This recipe will get you around 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5.5 oz tomato paste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat a saucepan in medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- Add meat and while its cooking season with salt and garlic powder.
- Stir until cooked through
- Once is fully cooked add the tomato paste, water and oregano.
- Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes in medium low heat.
- Add the heavy cream and parmesan and let it boil.
- Add to the pasta of your choice (or spaghetti squash) and give it a good mix
- Voila! Enjoy your delicious Creamy Bolognese
Pro tip: Add a little bit of parsley and parmesan to garnish your plate. If you don’t do it, do not worry, it is so delicious it doesn’t need anything else.
