Creamy Bolognese Sauce

This Creamy Bolognese sauce is amazing!! Whenever I make it I always end up having seconds, ’cause it is so good!!
You can have it as a pasta sauce, or even as a main dish with some veggies and rice on the side.

This recipe will get you around 4 servings.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 5.5 oz tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat a saucepan in medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  2. Add meat and while its cooking season with salt and garlic powder.
  3. Stir until cooked through
  4. Once is fully cooked add the tomato paste, water and oregano.
  5. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes in medium low heat.
  6. Add the heavy cream and parmesan and let it boil.
  7. Add to the pasta of your choice (or spaghetti squash) and give it a good mix
  8. Voila! Enjoy your delicious Creamy Bolognese

 

Pro tip: Add a little bit of parsley and parmesan to garnish your plate. If you don’t do it, do not worry, it is so delicious it doesn’t need anything else.
