These are the best Chicken Fajitas you’ll ever try! They have a light delicious kick and they are super healthy and delicious!
They are so easy to make and you have dinner in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 small green bell peppers
- ½ white onion
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon chile guajillo powder
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375° F in the roast option
- Cut the chicken breasts, onion and the bell peppers into thin strips
- Place them in a bowl and add the oil and spices.
- Mix everything thoroughly and put it in the air fryer basket.
- Place the timer for 20 minutes.
- Mix it every 5 minutes to ensure everything cooks well.
- Its ready!!
The chile guajillo is delicious and has a kick to it, the amount in the recipe is very little but if you can’t handle heat at all then put less chile but don’t omit it, it gives an amazing flavor. And if you love heat by all means put as much as you want!
These Air fryer chicken fajitas are delicious, all on their own! You can also eat them with rice, a cheesy quesadilla, in a wrap, or even make nachos out of them, but if you want a true Mexican meal, serve it with some refried beans, rice and tortillas. Oh my, now I want Fajitas.
