Caudalie Beauty Elixir is a spa in a bottle. It’s a lovely face mist that I love using as soon as I wake up to freshen and awaken my skin. I also use it after I put on my makeup as a setting spray. The scent is divine and makes me feel so luxurious and classy. It’s very much a pampering moment for me. I specially recommend keeping it inside your fridge during summer. It makes the whole experience extra wonderful
Avene thermal water spray is a must for warm days and for traveling in warm weather. It gently mists thermal water and immediately freshens you up. This comes in extra handy when you are out walking about touristing. You have no idea how many times this has saved my husband and me.
I loved it so much that after one day of walking around Paris we went back to another French pharmacy to buy the biggest size they had so we could have one at home for hot days (it also lives in the fridge).
Now, on trips with the whole family you’ll find everyone passing the can around and spritzing their faces until they are no longer hot.
Nuxe Oil is a scrumptious oil that softens and smooths the skin, its extra great for feet, knees and elbows. I personally enjoy the scent very much, it has notes of orange blossom, magnolia and vanilla, it may sound silly but the only way to describe it is what I imagine a field full of flowers in France would smell like in the summer.
Nuxe Oil shimmer is divine for the summer!! It is the same oil as the original but with some shimmer and slight color added. Whenever I can, I put it all over my arms and legs; it makes me feel like JLo, even when I’m at the grocery store. It gives a subtle golden shimmer to the skin and keeps it moisturized at the same time.
I also like adding a tiny amount to my foundation and I love the finished result.
Embryolisse is a hydrating moisturizer that many makeup artists use for the red carpet and editorial work. It is so rich that it is used as moisturizer as well as primer.
I have dry and sensitive skin and I absolutely love it, especially for cold days since it’s a little thick and can feel a little warm. I love the way my skin feels and look afterwards.
Bioderma Hydrabio is the only micellar water that removes my eye makeup and doesn’t irritate them. Other micellar waters aggravate my eyes and don’t remove all the mascara. The few that may remove my eye makeup tend to burn my eyes until the next morning, but with Bioderma Hydrabio there’s no irritation.
It’s specifically designed for dehydrated sensitive skin and works wonderfully.
For nights I don’t want to wash my face and do the double cleanse, this removes all of my makeup and doesn’t leave my skin and eyes feeling dry and stripped.
