This salmon recipe is extremely delicious and super quick to make, you can have a full dinner ready in 30 min. The salmon is perfectly cooked, very tender and full of flavor. Another great thing about this recipe is that you probably already have all the ingredients you need.
This is a healthy, gluten free version of Honey Soy Salmon.

Ingredients
- 2 (8 -oz.) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- ¼ teaspoon water
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced Or ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F
In a small bowl mix together the following ingredients: Tamari sauce, agave nectar, water, pepper and garlic.
Place the salmon fillets in a small Ziploc bag along with the mixture above.
Get as much of the air out of the bag as possible and massage the fillets with the liquid.
Let them soak all the goodness for a good 15 min. The longer they soak the more flavorful they will be.
Line your tray with parchment paper and place the fillets skin down. Bake in the oven for 16 minutes*.

* It is important to note that, while the FDA recommends cooking fish to 145°F, I find that it is more enjoyable when it’s cooked to medium – 125°F / 135°F. I never recommend the consumption of raw or undercooked fish.
